Circle the Bluffs
Powwow
The Circle the Bluffs Powwow returned to Legacy of the Plains in 2023, beginning at 10 a.m. with socializing among the participants and then the Grand Entry at noon. Competitive dancing then begins until a supper break at 4 p.m.
A second Grand Entry is scheduled for 6 p.m. followed by social dancing. There is no admission charge for the powwow.
